Founded in 2009 Fattoria La Maliosa is now synonymous with excellence in the production of organic extra virgin olive oil and natural wine.
In 2020, the Farm opens its doors to wine and oil tourists with the creation of original, close-to-nature experiences.
In 2021, with the acquisition of the historic Palazzo Ximenes, located in the heart of Saturnia, the Saturnalia Wine Bar with farmhouse kitchen was opened and completely renovated in the winter of 2024.
In August 2024, the building saw the birth of the Saturnalia Village Room, which houses 5 en-suite rooms with every comfort.
